- **Event Description**: The Dialectical Skills Groups (DSG) virtual therapy classes are based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Participants in the group will be introduced to the same skills training as those that go through the full DBT program, but in a more concise format and requiring a lower level of commitment.

NOTE: Although clients do not need to be seeing a Pine Rest therapist, all clients must have a Pine Rest staff member on their care team prior to being referred—either a prescriber or case manager—to be eligible for this program.
